These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sixs66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sixs66 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://sixs66.app.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on sixs66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision set out herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

sixs66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of sixs66 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to use sixs66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in registering or managing this account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of sixs66 or any of its affiliated suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed for fraud, collusion, or terms violations on this platform.
• You are not knowingly suffering from a gambling addiction or gambling-related disorder at the time of registration.

sixs66 conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during this process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on sixs66. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. sixs66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the sixs66 support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to further protect your account.

sixs66 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

sixs66 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support instant deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your sixs66 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases involving network delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within this timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within five (5) business days, with the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals completing within minutes. sixs66 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where transaction amounts exceed standard thresholds or where the account has not completed full identity verification.

Transaction Restrictions: Funds deposited via a specific payment method must, where possible, be withdrawn to the same payment method. Deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder will be rejected and returned. sixs66 reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals in excess of a specified threshold, details of which will be displayed during the withdrawal flow.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. sixs66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

All games available on sixs66 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, colour prediction games, and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules as specified within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

sixs66 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable game types. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the statistical long-term expected return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Void Bets: sixs66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules of each market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BCB, etc.) shall be final.

Technical Interruptions: In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a server error, connection failure, or technical fault, sixs66 will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. sixs66 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own connectivity issues.

All content on the sixs66 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, interface design, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of sixs66 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, transmit, make available, or otherwise exploit any content from the sixs66 platform without our prior written consent.

The sixs66 brand name, logo, and related marks are the exclusive property of sixs66. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media accounts, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

sixs66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent account information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity connected to the account.
• Suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other players.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., platform discontinuation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the sixs66 support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, we encourage you to withdraw any available balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the sixs66 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sixs66 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and sixs66, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

sixs66 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any supporting transaction references.

sixs66 provides the platform strictly as an entertainment service. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting a financial services agreement, investment product, or any other regulated financial instrument.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the sixs66 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and sixs66 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

No Waiver: Failure by sixs66 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
